Being injured is always tough, but it can be even worse for a gymnast. You don't get any days off, and you can't afford to fall behind in your skills. So while you want to get as much done as possible to get ready to compete, you also don't want to risk injuring yourself more, which could lead to more time off or affect your future career.

Unfortunately, most doctors and therapists don't et gymnasts. They mean well, but they aren't used to seeing such specialized and dedicated athletes, so they often tell them to rest or get surgery. They tell you what you can't do, but you need to know what you can do.

You can't afford to take extra time when you've got skills to learn and strength to maintain. We help you get back to practice as soon as possible, working with your coaches to let you train as much as possible without risking further injury.
