Once the immediate pain is gone and you are fully back to practice or competition, we stay involved to help you strengthen your weaknesses to prevent the injury from coming back or new injuries from occurring.

I’m Dr. Christine Walker, and I started Walker Sports PT so you never have to compromise on your passion. My daughter is a competitive gymnast, so I saw first hand how many girls in her gym weren’t getting the advice or the care they needed. Their coaches wanted them to practice as much as they could, but their orthopedic doctors and therapists didn’t know what to tell them other than to rest or wait for surgery. At Walker Sports PT, we help you stay active, prevent further injury, and get back sooner by working with both your doctors and your coaches.
